Our adult day care facility is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and has been operating in Rio Grande City since June 1, 2011. Conchita's Adult Day Care provides a secure place for social activities, nutritious meals and snacks, an exercise program, mental stimulation, and health monitoring.
